Hello, I'm Catherine Bonello and I practise personal life coaching (and clutter clearing) within the Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough area of North Yorkshire. If you are looking at life coaching websites at the moment, you may be feeling that your life is lacking in some area but you can't quite identify what it is. Or perhaps you need support and encouragement in making certain changes that you know deep down, need to happen?

Have you heard yourself mutter things such as...

I'm miserable in my job...I really struggle to get out of bed every day...I feel suffocated by all this stuff in my house...my relationship with my partner feels stale...I never have time for myself...I don't know who I am...I would really like to meet someone and settle down...I live for the weekends and then have no time to do what I enjoy...I never achieve my goals...I haven't any goals in life...I've often wondered what it would be like move from here.. my life isn't where I imagined it would be at this age...AND SO FORTH?

'Your Chance to Change'...

As your life coach I will help you define and thoroughly explore the changes you wish to make in your life. Then I will support you in making those changes. To start with, I will ask you a lot of questions but you will do the vast majority of the talking whilst I do all the listening. (For some clients, just being listened to well is enough to help them move on in life.) I DON'T have the answers - YOU do.(At this point, you may not believe that...) However, I will help you find the answers within your self. Most of my clients have taken radical leaps forward as a direct result of coaching work. Other clients have made smaller adjustments to their lives, but either way, all clients have benefited from tangible positive results in at least one area of their lives.
