Welcome to Vision-On Life Coaching - Your chance to change!

Hello, I'm Catherine Noland and I practise life coaching within the Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough area of North Yorkshire. I believe that each person deserves to enjoy each day of their life to the full - otherwise, why are we here?

However, you may feel that your life is lacking in some area but you can't quite identify what it is. Is there any area of your life you wish to change or develop? Do you need suppport in facing the fact that changes must be made in order for you to feel you are really 'living' your life?

A few more questions ...

Do you feel 'stuck' or bored of everyday routines and can't see a way forward?

Do you have a clear vision of what you want in your life, but lack motivation to achieve your vision? Perhaps your fears are holding you back from trying?

Is your 'work-life balance' out of control and do you never have time for yourself?

Can you identify what you don't need in life (but have it anyway) and struggle to identify want you do need?

Are you a negative thinker? For example, do you believe that you are too old (or too young) or have 'left it too late' to follow your dreams and realise your aspirations?

Are you in the habit of putting everyone else first in your life, at the expense of your own needs? Is your enthusiasm and creativity drained by family and friends? Is life one big compromise, with thoughts of "I wish I'd done that?"

Do you shop too much (and still feel unfulfilled), do you accumulate all sorts of stuff in your home and can't find the energy to de-clutter?

Do you wonder, deep down, "WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?" or "WHERE AM I GOING?"

As your life coach, I will help you define an explore the changes you wish to make in your life. Then I will support you putting those changes into action. Some of my clients have taken radical leaps forward as a direct result of coaching work. Other clients have made smaller adjustments to their lives, but either way, all clients have benefitted from tangible positive results in at least one area of their lives.
